Can I cancel my order? Is there a fee for this? Follow
If you would like to cancel your order, you will need to get in touch with our customer service team. You can do this by clicking Submit an Enquiry in the menu bar and selecting Cancel my order.
We will do our best to assist you with cancellation, however we cannot guarantee it, as your order might have already been shipped out to you. If this is the case, you will need to wait for your order to arrive and you can lodge an enquiry with our team to return your device for a refund.
We do not charge a fee for cancellation. However, we do charge a $30 restocking fee if you return your device for a refund and is not faulty.
