How often do you respond to support requests and queries? Follow
We promise to respond to all customer enquiries within six business hours. Our support team operate Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. We also offer a LiveChat service which can be accessed via our website during business hours from 9am to 4:45pm. To submit an enquiry all you need to do is click Submit an Enquiry in the menu bar.
Please note that we are unable to provide customer support on weekends and on public holidays.
