If you realise your shipping address was entered incorrectly, please submit a formal change address enquiry by clicking here. This form is checked directly by the shipping team. All other enquiries will be seen after it is too late. Please note, our dispatch process starts at 7:00am Melbourne/Sydney time, so if it is later than that, we may not be able to change it in time.
If it is too late and you need to re-direct it, you may be able to do so via Australia Post's site. Click here for instructions on how to request an address re-direct via Australia Post. Please note, this will delay delivery by at least one business day.
