Two hour same-day delivery service is available to Metro Melbourne customers with most devices if you order before 2:00pm Melbourne time on weekdays (public holidays excluded). Please note that two hours is an estimate provided by Australia Post/StarTrack and it is not guaranteed. However, it should be delivered on the same day. Refunds will not be provided if orders arrive outside of the two hour window, but are received on the same day. We are not responsible if the delivery is attempted but not successful, and no refunds will be provided in this case.
