How does the return process work? Follow
If you receive your items and they appeared to be faulty or not as described we are pleased to offer our customers:
- A replacement unit of the identical make and model as the original item ordered
- Return the broken unit to be repaired
- Store credit or a refund
Refunds can only be made the same way the payment was received. No exceptions. Refunds will be reversed from the original transaction made - we cannot refund to a new card or bank account.
Please note: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
We also offer "Change of Mind" returns for your peace of mind where there is nothing wrong with the device but you have had a change of heart regarding your order. Orders are eligible for a "Change of Mind" return within 30 days of purchase (conditions apply).
