Our devices come in 3 basic conditions; pre-owned (3 grades), ex-demo and new. All of our devices come with a 12 month warranty, and many with manufacturers warranty too. 

NEW: These phones have never been used, and are all genuine Australian products. These are new phones. They all come standard with Australian manufacturer’s warranty. Please check the individual product details, as some of our new phones can differ slightly in how they are packaged, and what they come with.

EX-DEMO: These phones are generally found in outstanding condition, closely resembling brand-new devices in both appearance and functionality. These phones are meticulously handled and maintained to ensure they remain in near-pristine condition.

USED: When we source a second-hand phone that is in terrific condition and perfect working order, we sell it as a used phone at a heavily discounted price. You may encounter some scratches or discolouration of the body, but nothing significant. Whilst these devices have rarely been returned for any issues, if you are unsatisfied with the device you are more than welcome to contact us via email and we'll assist you in the assessment and return of the device. The categorisation 'Used' is broken down into three sub categories as listed below;

• Excellent condition:

  Minimal signs of wear - Screen is in good condition, with very minor scratches/scuffs visible at arm's length.

• Very Good condition:

  Moderate wear - Scratches may be visible on the screen from arm's length, plus minor dents. Exceptional value.
